PIPSQC is pleased to announce that the PSC & PIPSQC Paediatrics Summit (20 May 2014) was an inspirational gathering of ideas, safe practices, solutions and new initiatives in paediatric patient safety. The event was hosted by Alder Hey Children's Hospital in connection with Patient Safety Congress 2014 and included paediatric patient safety experts, executives and front-line staff from around the world.
The programme also featured an introduction to the Making it Safer Together (MiST) Paediatric Patient Safety Collaborative - a new alliance of hospitals who share a vision of achieving harm free paediatric healthcare through a process of a sustained, year on year, reduction in adverse events. [...]
