PIPSQC is pleased to announce that Children's Hospitals' Solutions for Patient Safety (SPS) and Joint Commission Resources (JCR) will be joining together to host a series of webinars to share knowledge and expertise developed from the "all teach, all learn" culture of SPS.
These one-hour webinars will share learnings about specific hospital-acquired conditions (HACs) and the steps needed to implement bundles of care that have proven to reduce and eliminate specific areas of harm. [...]

MiST (Making it Safer Together) - Paediatric Collaborative Safety Forum

PIPSQC is pleased to announce that the inaugural MiST (Making it Safer Together) - Paediatric Collaborative Safety Forum is set to take place Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital Boardroom (Level 3) (Manchester, UK).

This one-day meeting will bring together national and international experts to discuss improving paediatric patient safety and quality of care in our hospitals through a collaborative, non-competitive approach -  inspired by the Ohio Children's Hospitals Solutions for Patient Safety (OCHSPS).
