SPS Adverse Drug Events (ADE) Prevention Roadmap

Canadian Paediatric Health Centres Collaborate to Eliminate Preventable Harm

PIPSQC is pleased to share that on September 30th, over 50 representatives from paediatric healthcare centres across Canada gathered in Toronto, Ontario for the inaugural Children's Hospitals' Solutions for Patient Safety (SPS) - Canada Regional Meeting.

SPS is an international collaborative effort among
over 110 children's hospitals working to transform paediatric patient safety and eliminate serious harm across all children's hospitals. Since 2012, this effort has led to an estimated savings of more than $121 million and saved 6,686 children from serious harm. [...]
