PIPSQC is pleased to announce, on behalf of The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids), the 8th Annual Paediatric Patient Safety Symposium - Optimizing Quality in the Era of Efficiency, taking place on June 25, 2012.
The SickKids Annual Paediatric Patient Safety Symposium is a one-day conference that brings together national and international experts to share leading practices and applied science.
